Leya AI is an innovative and research-based English learning app featuring an AI-Tutor, fun games, personalized lessons and a guided learning path.
What makes Leya AI special?
We offer a flexible, stress-free, and practical learning experience that allows you to speak English with a virtual friend and track your results with real-time feedback. Our application lets you talk anywhere, anytime, with an AI Tutor. You only need a device to run the app on (phone, laptop, or tablet) and your voice!
Where can I use Leya AI?
Leya AI is available through the web app on phones, tablets, and desktop computers. Please note that there has yet to be a downloadable mobile application available. (It's in the development stage)
Can I trust that my personal information is secure?
We do not gather any personal data. Payment information is collected through Stripe/Paypal and is never stored in our database. We will never sell, trade, rent, or give out your data according to laws.
Leya AI is compatible with Safari, Chrome, Microsoft Edge, and Opera browsers.
How do I start using the application?
After purchasing a subscription you will be redirected to finish your registration. Also, you will receive an email with detailed instructions.
Complete registration after purhcasing a subscription or register by clicking on the link sent to your email.
After logging in, you can start practicing your skills right away.
I haven't received any updates regarding my purchase after completing the transaction.
If you have not received a confirmation email after purchase, please check your Spam and Promotion inboxes. Our emails may have ended up there by mistake. If you still cannot find it, reach us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll help you as soon as possible.
I can’t log in.
Make sure to follow the instructions below:
If you haven't signed up yet, please click the "SIGN UP" button on the app to create your account.
Ensure that you enter the correct email and password, check for caps lock, spacing, grammar, input language, and special characters.
Use the same email for signup and login.
If you forget your password, click "Forgot Password?" button and follow the instructions sent to your email. Remember to check your Spam or Promotions folders if needed.
If you're still experiencing issues, please contact support at email@example.com, providing the email used for your purchase and app signup.
I'm experiencing an issue with using Leya AI. Where do I report it?
In case you experience issues that are not addressed in the FAQ section, please contact our Customer Support team. Do it directly through the app through the live chat, or write us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
What payment methods are available?
We accept Mastercard/Visa, Credit/Debit cards.
I want a refund.
If our plan doesn't meet your expectations, we're here to help. Contact our customer support email@example.com detailed information and proof of payment for a refund. We value your feedback and respect your choice in any case.
I want to cancel my subscription.
To cancel your subscription, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and we'll take care of it for you. Keep in mind that after cancellation, you'll retain access to the app until the billing period finishes. Simply deleting the app or unsubscribing from emails will not cancel your subscription.
